Okay, it's natural to feel a bit down when things go wrong. But here's the thing: obsessing over the failure won't help. Shift your mindset. See those setbacks as a weird kind of feedback.  It sucks, but every mistake is a chance to learn how to do things better next time.

Were your original goals clear enough? Did everyone know what success looked like?
